How do I check in for my flights?

• In most cases, you can check in for your flights within 24 hours before your flight departs on the airline website. All you have to do is go to their site, and type in your record locator number, which you’ll find in your confirmation documents. When you arrive at the airport, simply use one of the kiosks to print your boarding pass. If there’s a line or self-service is not your thing; you can always go to the airline counter.

How do I get seat assignments for my flights?

• For most major airlines, seats are automatically assigned at the time the request is made. You can view your seats by logging onto the airlines website using your Record Locator. However, not all flights are available for advanced seat assignment - these are deemed ”airport check-in only” so you won't be able to have your seats assigned until the day of departure. 

How do I add my frequent flyer number to my existing air reservation?

• In most cases, you can do so directly on the airline website.  Simply enter your “record locator” to access your flight reservation and follow the airline website prompts.

What is a record locator and where can I find it?

• A record locator is an alphanumeric code, typically 6 characters in length, used in airline reservation systems to access a specific record.
• Your record locator is used to access your flight information directly with the airline. 
• You can get your seat assignments, add your frequent flyer information to your reservation and check in prior to your flight by using your record locator on the airline website.
