As you will have already learned from the media, on March 9, 2020 the Italian Government issued a decree-law to counter the spread of coronavirus and Covid-19 disease through severe restrictions on the movement of all people in the country. Costa Cruises has promptly adapted to this by introducing a series of changes to its program, with the aim of ensuring the safety and wellbeing of its guests and crew members and supporting the efforts being made to contain the emergency.
- For these reasons, Costa first cancelled all cruises March 9-April 3, 2020. Costa will offer you a 150% Future Cruise voucher, which will be valid for twelve months from issuance of the certificate to book any other itinerary within the Costa schedule with departures no later than November 2021.
- Because of further spread of the Coronavirus, Costa has cancelled all cruises extending to April 30, 2020. We will be confirming your 150% future cruise credit with Costa. This will be valid twelve months from issuance of the certificate to book any itinerary within the Costa schedule with departures no later than November, 2021.
The cancellation of this cruise will be reflected in our system within the next 3 business days. Costa will send emails when the Future Cruise Certificates have been processed. Again there is no need to call to confirm your cancellation. We will take care of it for you.
